Yes, every piece is designed, laser cut, and carefully finished by me in Brisbane.

As each item is handmade, there may be slight variations however that's part of what makes them unique. Also, due to the placement of the patterns on some acrylic, for example our confetti acrylic, each piece of cut acrylic will have it's own unique mix of pattern so no two pieces are the same.

Our pieces are made in small batches and assembled when ordered. All personalised pieces are made to order.

I use high-quality acrylic, designed to be lightweight, durable and vibrant. To keep them looking their best I suggest using them in indoor plants or sheltered outdoor areas.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or if the incorrect information is provided for our personalised products. ​ In the event that your order arrives damaged, get in touch within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please contact us at lucieloucreative@outlook.com w(mailto:lucieloucreative@outlook.com)ith your name, order number, and include a photo of the damaged item/s. We can then arrange for an exchange or refund.
