SHIPPING

Domestic Shipping 

We offer flat rate shipping across Australia for $10.95.

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped along with the Australia Post tracking details.

 

Express Shipping 

Express shipping across Australia is $14.95.

Express orders will be processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. We will do our best to process your order earlier than this. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped along with the Australia Post tracking details.

Local collection

We offer local collection from our studio in The Gap, Queensland, 4061. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions for collection.​

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include an Australia Post tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at lucieloucreative@outlook.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

RETURNS

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or if the incorrect information is provided for our personalised products.

In the event that your order arrives damaged, get in touch within 24 hours of receiving your order.  Please contact us at lucieloucreative@outlook.com with your name, order number, and include a photo of the damaged item/s. We can then arrange for an exchange or refund.​
